Beneficiary |
A person or organization to which you would like to leave your vehicle or the proceeds
of its sale. |

Trustee |
The person or organization who supervises the fiduciary management of a Trust. |

Emergency Contact |
An individual, other than you, the Grantor, who always knows the location of the
Grantor and whom can be contacted by the Trustee, but who does not live with you,
the Grantor. Must be over the age of 18 year old. |

Alaskan Auto Trust™ |
A patent-pending procedure which places personal property, such as a vehicle, in
an Alaskan trust. |

Charitable Organization |
An entity chosen by you, the Grantor, to which the vehicle, held in a Trust, will
be donated. If there is not an organization chosen then the Trustee may choose one
for you. |
|
Grantor |
An individual who sets up a trust and who is financially responsible for its maintenance. |

Federal Identification Number |
Also known as an Employer Identification Number –
Like a social security number,
a FIN has 9 digits and it identifies an organization rather than an individual.
